At Quality & Excellence Ltd, we provide butchery classes to aspiring butchers, chefs, and cooking enthusiasts. We aim to provide hands-on experience for those who are interested in learning the skills of cutting meat. Our classes are generally held in the evenings. The class begins with an initial demonstration by the professionals, followed by a short break and finally, you get a chance to cut the meat on your own. At the end of the class, you can take the meat you’ve worked on. You will also receive a butchery certificate on completion of the course. We provide services across Essex.
With our butchery classes, you’ll be able to learn a diverse array of butchering techniques. Our butchering classes include cutting different types of meat and learning more about where our food comes from. Private and group classes can be arranged based on your requirements. Contact us today for more information about our upcoming classes.
In addition to learning how to butcher meat, you get to take everything you do home afterwards. A great excuse to have a dinner party.
